About these terms
This website is operated by FFC Siding Construction LLC, doing business as FFC Siding Solutions (“FFC”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a residential siding contractor in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
These terms apply when you use this website, request an estimate or contact us through it. By doing so, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and is part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
You must be at least 18 years old to request an estimate.
Our services
FFC installs, replaces and repairs siding, soffit, fascia and exterior trim for existing homes, remodels and new residential construction in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and the surrounding communities.
When you contact us, we confirm whether we can serve your address. We may decline a request, for example when the property is outside our service area or the work is not something we do.
Free estimates
- Estimates are free, and requesting one places you under no obligation to hire us.
- Descriptions, materials and photos on this website are general information. They are not a quote, an offer or a promise of a particular result.
- Your price is set after we see the property. It is based on what we can see during the visit, the measurements we take and the information you give us.
- Our written estimate describes the scope of work and the price, and states how long it is valid. After that date, the price may change, for example if material costs change.
- If you need to move or cancel your estimate appointment, please call or text us as early as you can. There is never a charge for it.
Contracts, changes and hidden damage
Work begins only after you and FFC accept a written estimate or contract. That document, not this website, sets the scope of work, materials, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty for your project. If it differs from these terms, your contract controls for your project.
Some problems, such as rotted wood or damaged sheathing behind old siding, only show once work begins. If we find hidden damage, we show it to you and agree with you on any extra work and its cost before we do it. Changes to the scope, materials or price are confirmed in writing.
Schedules are estimates. Weather, material deliveries, hidden conditions and other causes outside our control can move dates, and we will keep you informed when they do.
Your right to cancel
If you sign a contract for our work at your home, or anywhere other than our place of business, North Carolina law and the Federal Trade Commission’s Cooling-Off Rule generally give you the right to cancel it without penalty until midnight of the third business day after you sign.
Your contract includes a notice that explains how to cancel. To cancel, send us a written notice, such as the cancellation form in your contract or a signed and dated letter, before that deadline. If you cancel in time, any payment you made is returned as the law requires.
If you ask us in a separate signed writing to start right away because of an emergency and we begin the work in good faith, the right to cancel may no longer apply, as the law provides.
Payments, financing and insurance claims
Deposits, progress payments and the final payment are set in your written contract. We never ask you to pay through this website or to send payment details in the estimate form.
If you use financing for your project, it is provided by the lender under its own terms and approval. FFC is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.
If an insurance claim covers your project, your insurance company decides what is covered and how much it pays. FFC is not a public adjuster and does not negotiate your claim for you. At your request, we can provide our estimate, measurements and photos for your claim. Your deductible, and any work your insurer does not pay for, remain your responsibility as agreed in your contract.
Permits, approvals and access
Your contract states who obtains any building permit the work needs.
If your home is part of a homeowners association or has other restrictions, you are responsible for any approval they require, for example for colors or materials. We can give you the product details for your application.
Please give our team safe access to the areas where we work, and tell us about anything we should protect or know about, such as pets, sprinkler heads, invisible pet fences or lines near the walls.
Warranties
Any workmanship warranty from FFC is stated in your written contract, including what it covers and for how long. Nothing on this website is a warranty.
Materials are covered by their manufacturers’ warranties, under the manufacturers’ own terms. Some require registration or have their own conditions.
Unless your warranty document says otherwise, warranties do not cover damage caused by storms, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance or work done by others.
Calls, texts, email and electronic documents
When you send us a form or give us your phone number, you are asking us to contact you. You agree that we may call, text or email you about your request, your appointment and your project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Agreeing is not a condition of hiring us. Our privacy policy explains the details.
You agree that we may send you estimates, contracts, notices and receipts electronically, and that electronic signatures and records have the same effect as paper ones. You can ask for a paper copy at any time.
Information, photos and videos you send
- Please give us accurate contact and project details.
- Only request an estimate for a property you own or are authorized to ask about.
- Only send photos or videos you made or have permission to share. Do not include payment information, identity documents or images of other people without their permission.
You keep ownership of the photos and videos you send. You allow FFC to use them to review your request, prepare your estimate and do your project. We do not publish them without your permission.
Photos of our work and reviews
We may photograph your property before, during and after our work to document its condition, for our records and for warranty service. We may use photos of finished work to show our work on this website and social media, without your name, street address or house number. If you would rather we not use photos of your home, tell us and we will not publish them, or will remove them.
The photos on this website show real FFC projects. Results on your home depend on its condition, its design and the materials you choose.
If you leave a review on Google or another website, that website’s terms apply. We may show your public review on this website with the name it shows. Reviews appear as their authors wrote them; when we show a translation, we say so.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we cannot guarantee that it is always complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under North Carolina law, such as liability for fraud or willful misconduct, or your rights under consumer protection laws or your contract with FFC.
Disputes and governing law
If you have a concern about our website or our work, please call or text (910) 584-0371 first. Most concerns can be solved with a conversation, and we will work in good faith to resolve yours.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute about this website that we cannot resolve together will be handled in the courts located in Cumberland County, North Carolina, including small claims court when the dispute qualifies. Disputes about a project follow the terms of your contract.
General terms
- These terms and our privacy policy are the entire agreement about your use of this website. Your written contract governs your project.
- If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect.
- If we do not enforce a part of these terms right away, we can still enforce it later.
- These terms are published in English and Spanish. Both say the same thing; if there is ever a difference, the English version controls.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. Changes never affect a contract you have already signed.
